My friend use this product before. It somehow cause fat loss, but the result is still minimal compared to other products.

Beside, he already stopped taking this supplement now

7-Keto is a natural occurring metabolite of DHEA, that provides the same benefits of DHEA without risking the side effects associated with DHEA.
I've used DHEA before as a testosterone supplement, but I might try 7-Keto DHEA.

Sorry because i lack on knowledge about this. But what do you mean by testosterone supplement? Do you mean that it increase a man 'liquid' and what are the DHEA products that you used before as a testosterone supplement

In college I took plain old DHEA to increase testosterone, but DHEA is a very ineffective way to boost testosterone levels, and can produce some serious androgen related side effects. The effective dosage of standard DHEA is almost 300mg. for the average guy, while the dosage that typically produces side effects is as low as 50mg. per day.

7-Keto DHEA will produce better results than DHEA without the side effects.

Testosterone is the main male hormone and it's what makes men build muscle and lose fat. As men age, testosterone levels decrease, and they lose muscle mass, and gain body fat. Increasing free testosterone levels with testosterone supplements will keep them looking and feeling younger.

I is not worth to buy DHEA because you have to pay much for less effectiveness. Use 7-keto instead.

I have heard that this has a lot of side effects. However, since I am a girl I do not have any direct knowledge of whether this is true or not.

DHEA does have the ability to produce some pretty serious side effects compared to 7-Keto. 7-Keto is a much more effective and safer supplement to the original DHEA. Good point!

What exactly about DHEA makes it have so many side effects? I would never consider taking it but many friends have taken it. I am just curious why it has problems and is still legal to buy?

The Side Effects of DHEA typically only occur when you take enough to get results. A typical male takes 300mg of DHEA per day to achieve results and side effects can occur with as little DHEA as 50 mg. per day. 7-Keto is much more effective and doesn't creates the side effects.
