Hey everyone glad to have found this forum it looks like it has got a lot of information for me to go through. Me I'm the big 30 as of yesterday I am sitting here in AZ trying to prepare for are extreme 118 degree summers. Well wish me luck~

Welcome to the boards! Glad to have you with us. I agree, that's some intense heat. Does it get cooler in the Fall? You must have to do all your exercise indoors when it's that hot.
