Default Lee Haney The Man
A few years back when I just started getting into working out I watch this guy named Lee Haney. He taught me a lot about how to do things right. He is a class act and he sure made his mark on bodybuilding. His favorite line that I still remember it's not the quantity but the quality of your workouts. Each movement was very important.

Doe anyone remember Lee hany out their?

That name takes me back a few years. I remember reading those Body and Fitness magazines bye Joe Wieder. I think Haney was featured several times.

Lee Haney worked hard to get where he has and the best part he had a dream of being Mr Olympia and he did it more than just one time. He is a class act.

Back in the day I worked briefly for MonsterMuscle Magazine in the beginning it was Powerlifting and Body Building and his name came up often. He definitely is a one of a kinder.
