| My husband takes Chromium Picolinate to help lower his blood sugar levels, and a lot of people take chromium picolinate for weight loss. Chromium seems to work well! I think anyone suffering from diabetes should be taking Chromium Picolinate. |

| I found that there are many supplement company producing Chromium Picolinate. This supplement like most vitamin and mineral based supplements which take sometimes to work. | My grandmother has been a diabetic for most of her 80 years of life and she has always had problems controlling her blood sugar levels. I am wondering if this may be a possible solution for her problem? Is this a good product for older people as well? |

| I have used chromium picolinate to help me keep my weight down without really needing to be on a diet. It has proven to me to help keep the weight down. I love cookies and candy more than food so that is always a challenge for me. |
