Default What do you like to listen to while you workout?

What kind of music do you guys like to listen to when you're working out?
I typically like something "hard". I enjoy either Hard ROCK, Hip-Hop or something with a heavy beat to get me pumped up and motivated.
I really like Jeremy Camp, sometimes KJ-52 and other Christian music.

I like Christian Rock, and Christian Hip-hop too.
I just found a cool Christian Music Resource to find good music. Christian Music Radio Station

Pretty much anything except rap or anything too slow that would put me to sleep.

Exactly! I hate elevator music in the gym. Workout music needs to have a good beat / rhythm, and I like something that is pretty intense and makes me feel pumped up.

Anything loud and upbeat! I listen to mostly rock music...heavier rock or classic rock.

I think it's called something like "living dead girl" by Rob Zombie I believe. Works great for me no idea why but it's on everyone of my workout CD's. - And that is only a bit odd cause I am a new found country girl ~

My favorite genre of music to listen to while working out is Classic Heavy Metal. My favorite band? Judas Priest. I love You Got Another Thing Comin', The Hellion, Electric Eye, and Living After Midnight.

I like fast and hard music during my work outs. But, I keep changing the music everyday. Same music everyday is boring. I like variation in music. I prefer rythmic music with good beats to keep me on my toes and enable me to complete the work out in a flying mood.

Thanks.

Alex

60's rock or something close to it ... need something upbeat and fast; anything slow would put me to sleep :}

I really like listening to some light Techno or trance while I workout. My son got me listening to some easy techno and it really motivated me as I worked out because it is always upbeat and keeps me going. It takes a little bit to get used to, but once you zone in, you're golden.

I use to listen to a lot of techno and trance when I worked out, but now I don't listen to anything. I like to concentrate and focus on what I'm doing without the music.
