| A few months ago I decided it was time that I start popping pills. After doing a little research I popped (no pun intended) over to www.BeFit4Free.com to take advantage of their deal. Since most doctors suggest fish oil I started with that. Antioxidants seemed important and green tea extract came up as a good source so I added those. A once-a-day multivitamin rounded out my first stab at this. I've been on that regime for about three months. I recently added ginseng as well for memory. Any suggestions? | I'm honestly afraid to start popping those pills, even the healthy ones. How do we know they're really working? Yeah, I guess I might be a little on the skeptical side. I have started Vit C, which is a basic, I know. I'm doing a trial of PomX, but I don't even know how to tell if it's doing anything or not. I've considered green tea, but that's as far as its gone.

| Nutritional Supplements like Vitamins, minerals, fish oil and other natural substances can be very healthy. There is no reason to stress over taking natural supplements? Can you eat fish? Well, take a fish oil pill and get the benefits without having to eat fish every single day. Natural weight loss pills can also work very well. The easiest way to tell that a weight loss supplement is working is that you LOSE WEIGHT... |

| lol yeah, that's pretty obvious. I think I'm more interested in the vitamins or supplements that will help my body -- like calcium for bones, or whatever, than, well, diet pills/supplements. I'm not a big believer in 'diets' per se for me personally. I like the common sense angle to it, but what I am explorer are the benefits from things like vit C and calcium pills, etc. Does this make any sense? :}

| I'm sure they do, and I know they work wonders for a lot of people. My pill hesitation just comes from watching my parents in their senior years. It really has nothing to do with what may or may not be healthy. I'm also a big believer in that people need to do what works for them. I would never tell anyone what to do, or not to do. Our bodies are all different and they require different things, and emotionally, we're not all in the same place. I've always had a hard time swallowing pills (since I was a kid) so that's a factor for me, too. :}
