Cool New to Supplements - Weight Loss

So pretend that you're talking to someone who's never even heard of supplements (although, I have tried protein shakes, etc.). What would you suggest for weight loss? You know, aside from diet & exercise?

I see from your other posts that you're a woman, so there are a few options for weight loss supplements. For men or women, I like Adipo-X by Axis Labs.
Adipo-X, 120 Liquid Caps
Your Price: $29.82
Regular: $49.95

Check it out, Adipo-X has all kinds of great fat loss ingredients and it's in a liquid gelcap delivery system that really helps with absorption.

Default In my opinion

In my opinion you should probably avoid supplements unless you just can't loose without them. Good healthy food and keeping active should have you loosing weight as quick as is safe to do so.

However the supplements your forum master mentioned are good ones if you need them.

Hey Curtis...Do you recommend these for diabetics, or are there other supplements which are better suited?

If you read in the diabetes forum, we have a review of diabetes supplements. What is your goal, are you trying to lose weight?

I've been a diabetic since I was only 27 months old, and I can take pretty much any weight loss supplement.

Glucose Optimizer is a supplement that diabetics can take to increase insulin sensitivity and improve the way food is processed in your body. One of the healthy side effects is weight loss.

Hi,
I just wanted to assure you that if you're suffering from diabetes, I see no reason that a supplement like Glucose Optimizer could be unsafe.

It contains natural ingredients to help you control blood glucose levels. Having high blood sugar all the time is what will cause negative side effects.

Yes I would like to lose 20 more lbs. I was 5ft8in and weighed 230 last year, and now I am down to 195. I just want to get down to 175. I tried a few supplements, but most didnt really work too well. I was just cautious because I didnt know the effect it would have on my diabetes. I have been a diabetic since I was 20 months old.

Wink

I have lost 23 lbs. in the past 2 months - but I'm starting to come to a little plateau. I'm either staying the same each week or losing only 1 or 2 lbs. which I am fully aware is considered normal...but I need to get this baby weight off!!! (I won't mention the weight I gained just being a pig because I was already carrying 10 lb. babies in there) I'm going to try the first one that was recommended. Wish me luck!

The Adipo-X sounds like a very good product.I have a large amount of weight to loose so I am looking for something that I will be able to take for a long time. Or should I think about using 2 products in sucession?
