which body building champion do you think is most likely to have used steroids during their competition? I'm almost positive that old Arnie did back in the 70's lol

Arnold says in his book that he used dBol and Decca injections. There are very few that are not steroid users, simply because to be natural and get those kinds of results takes so much more work.

IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Andy Haman is a great example of what someone can do safely without using illegal substances. Check out his profile!

He is pretty impressive. In my opinion I would have thought he took steroids for quite a long time.
