Absolutely! I totally agree with that statement. Strict exercising without supplements will take longer, but with them can go extremely far!

Great job on the weight loss! I too have been on my way to my goal...20 lbs. down, 20 more to go! This baby making business hasn't helped much. ; )
Curtis...What kind of supplements would you suggest for someone new to them?

Gratzs. I'm currently loosing weight myself. Its not an easy task. I've lost about 90 pounds in the past year and a half.
