Default Dance DVD's for help losing weight...
I was wondering if any of you can reccomend some dance type DVD's for a fun way to work out a little and learn a new skill.I saw some that are interesting looking but I want something that will not get boring.I figured I could learn a few new dance moves while getting in more excerise.I've read some bad reviews on some and a few I always see if there in stock and when I go to buy they aren't available.

Have any of you lost a little weight this way?

You know my daughter has a few work out videos that are actually dance videos and she loves them. We just moved so of course they are packed up and I can not for the life of me remember what they were called.

Lucky for me I have Time Warner cable and they have a thing called exercsie TV which have free videos on all kinds of subjects that are free. from 15 minute workouts to 1 hour. It has a great variety so something for everyone.
