I really respect Andy becuase he isn't stuck up or self absorbed like a lot of bodybuilders are. He's got a great family, and is all about the kids.

He's married to his High School Sweetheart and had some really cool kids! They all workout together, and perform together too!
He has an amazing physique! He must have a combination of great genes and great training. He sounds like a great guy - I'll go read his profile.

I agree with you. He looks sorta mutated. I'm not sure I would want to look like that. I approach bodybuilding from the stance of toning up and building average nice looking muscles. Most of these pictures are far beyond that stage.

I think Andy Haman has a great build. Andy has to focus every single day of his life on diet, exercise, nutrition and be extremely dedicated to reach a level that he's at. Of course he's at a higher level than the average Joe who lifts weights a couple times a week... He's a pro.

I'd love to look like that, but 99.999% of us don't have that kind of dedication to reach a level like that.

Even if you had the perfect genes, all the supplements, and a free gym membership, how many of you could get in that kind of shape? Could you do a NO CARBOHYDRATE diet for 8 months? That's gotta be tough! What about training for

Although you may not want to look like that, you've got to respect it, right? I think Andy Haman is THE MAN!

I hope no one thought I was being critical of Andy when I said that he looked like a biology experiment. I was reacting to how far he has been able to take his body. It is so extreme that it is initially shocking. I admire anyone who can dedicate themselves to a passion to that extent.
