| ONe of my friends is having a fit because her upper arms are getting larger. It isn't as if she is terribly overweight, but all the women in her family have this happen with age. No matter how much she exercises, those arms don't get smaller. At what point does it become counter productive to work on a body part? When is it time to accept the overwhelming genetic evidence you are faced with, indicating that things are not going to change? |

Losing weight everywhere doesn't appeal to her as that means she loses some of her bustline as well. Right now she is looking at camouflage options like shrugs and wraps. Thanks for the input, though! |

I think that's why most woman "give" up. My aunt is the same way and she diets and excerises and just excersises and all she lost was her bustline. She'd go back and forth with only losing a few pounds here or there. Then she'd eventually give up and get discouraged. All she lost was her bust.Me on the other hand.I'd love to get rid of my bust line a bit and that means I wouldnt have to consider getting a reduction.I lose it and gain it back and tend to lose a bit there first but never enough. |
