When setting goals, my main focus is to set a goal that is just barely out of reach, but I try to set a goal that I know I will hit if I focus everything towards attaining that goal. Goal setting for me has one purpose, and that is to make me work harder. Hey, it works for me...

Setting goals is great. Just like everyday when softball season starts we right our goals down as a team but do not show anyone on the team what they are. At the end of the season we all open them open and reveal them. Most of the time they are the same goals and some have individual goals. We have learned that some goals are easier to reach than others and do not get discouraged if you do not meet every goal. There is always tomorrow.

Whenever I've tried a quick weight loss programmes I've realized I get frustated and give up too soon. Now I set more realistic goals for myself. As it takes time for the body to show all the fast foods you've been binging on over a period of time, the same way if you continue a healthy lifestyle, with proper exercises, supplements and controlled diet, you'll find that over a period of time you'll start looking healthy and lean. If you've let yourself go for one year and eaten everything you liked then give yourself atleast 3-4 months of sensible dieting for the results to show. You'll be amazed at the change. Rome wasn't build in a day so how do you expect your body to show great results in a week or two? It takes a focused and consistent effort to have a body you want.

Hi ,

I would like to suggest you to start from smaller and then reach to higher goals.

Good luck.
