Hi
This morning itself I suffered from chronic fatigue
I drank a rebalanz drink which my doctor prescribed
now I am ok .
can anybody write wht they occur or has anybody this problem and how they are facing it

It can be caused by so many different things from an illness to simply not getting an adequate amount of sleep or exercise. The first thing you should do outside of talking to your doctor is making sure you are eating healthy. Foods filled with vitamins and minerals that your body needs to function properly. Then try to get in a little exercise every day and when you go to bed make sure you can be left alone and try to relax before lying down to go to bed and see if you can get enough sleep to feel refreshed the next day!

I am not trying to sell anything and I ama genuine person who is suffering from fatigue . Actually i am obese and I have to eat less also i am a veg by religion so when simply me said she is dealing with such illness i wanted to know about it

Well, I am glad you asked that question.

I am wondering if this is chronic fatigue with this being another difficult morning, or if this is fatigue that is being labeled chronic when it hasn't lasted for more than 3 months.

Definition of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS): A serious and debilitating condition which combines extreme exhaustion with an array of other symptoms.
I don't think that chronic fatigue has to have a specific length of time attached to be called chronic.

You can have cancer and only have had it for a few weeks, right?

"Chronic" usually refers to conditions that are long standing, like chronic pain syndrome, and last for a long period of time or return with great frequency, over a period of time.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome's hallmark is the persistent symptoms. I have always assumed the persistence was associated with symptoms being long standing.

It isn't an exact period of time, but it is a period of time that would stretch further than a day or even a week.

With Chronic Pain Syndrome, the pain is chronic based on its being present for more than 4 months, or returning more than twice in that period, at least that was the time lapse given the last time I had to look at information on the condition. The length of time for a classification of "chronic" changes as more signs and symptoms are discovered, though.

So that is how I am seeing the term"chronic" when discussing diseases or other problems.

Either way, things that get in the way, chronic or not, get on our nerves!
