This bench press video was taken at Club USA Athletic Club, where I train in Littleton, Colorado. Eddie was spotting me and I hit 2 reps with 495 pounds.

This bench press video was taken in the middle of my workout.

That is a pretty cool bench press video! You can tell it was taken with a camera phone, but that is a ton of weight.

I felt really strong hitting 405 lbs. for 3 reps on FLAT bench.

You've done an extra 90 pounds and did it on an incline! That's a heavy bench press man! Keep up the great work! You're looking huge!

It seems like you've really got a following in that new Combat Calisthenics class too! People love it!

I need to increase my max. bench press now cause I feel weak.
