| When I was lifting heavy, I was more aggressive, but my sex drive didn't change. I think that may have something to do with reproductive organs being within the body cavity, where there is little stimulus. |

| For men, doing heavy exercises and taking supplements that actually increase testosterone production can greatly increase sex drive, since testosterone is the main male sex hormone. |
