Man rock music there are so many choices I would say Kiss, Oasis, AC/DC would be some of my favorites to listen to myself when I workout.

I don't have only one favorite band, but I guess my favorite song is "Black and Blue" by Van Halen. It is found on their OU812 album.

It is pretty old but it goes great with an intense work out moment!

I think that the last rock music I listened to while working out was probably Heart's greatest hits.

I think my wife is partial to Survivor's greatest hits.

Anything really. I used to work out mostly when I was mad or needed some lyrics that matched a situation I may have been dealing with at time. Between the beat, lyrics and focusing on the issues I'm going through I feel I would get a more intense cardio workout. I listened to Papa Roach, Stabbing Westward, Linkin Park and so many others.

Def Leppard always gets me pumped up and ready to do a serious workout. And the old band from the 80's called Ratt is pretty good as well as the Scorpions.

Has anybody heard about Rev Theory. Their new album/record is Light it Up and man it rocks! Anyone with an ipod should download it for the gym office.
