| Anyone own a home gym? The kind that they sell on TV all the time. I see so many. I would love to get one but which one is good? Some of the things I`ve seen are a joke. But others seem like they would work pretty good. |

| Hey guys, A lot of home gyms are really nice, and people do seem to receive some benefits from home gyms IF YOU CAN GET MOTIVATED. It's typically easier for me to get motivated to GO TO THE GYM, instead of working out at home, because I enjoy seeing my friends and other gym members. I also like being able to get a spot etc. What do you guys think?

| I agree you have to have a lot of self-motivation for a home gym, my dad had a home gym for years and would it use it every day but when they moved house it got put in the shed, left there and then sold lol. It can be handy to have though so if you have motivation then go for it, unfortunately it was so many years ago now since my dad had one I cant remember the name of it other than it was something like Pro2000 lol |

| I work all around the clock and never have time to meet with a personal trainer. At first I would just look on the net to find a routine Then I found a subscription based web site that allows me to download my workouts onto my iPod. It took a sec to get the hang of it but its working well for me now. Last edited by BeFit4Free; 10-10-2008 at 11:43 PM. |
