Yes there are exercises that pregnant women can perform. These can help them make their delivery easier. After delivering, they should also exercise so that they can restore their body's shape and stay fit and healthy.

exercise daily keeps blood circulation fast and don't make you feel lazy it also controls weight gain and keeps you fresh and active.

Well I have just read this all of the stuff and I also want to say that if you think you are too busy to exercise, learn about the reasons you're really not exercising and then follow some simple steps to incorporate.
