Hey Adam, I need to start using the V-Factor to stay motivated on our Diet program... I've been sticking to it pretty well, and trying to eat regularly... My toughest thing is to eat enough. I don't like food, and if I'm not careful, I'll completely forget to eat for a couple days!
That it really bad for weight loss or building muscle, so I've tried to think of the V-Factor to stick to the diet and think of every meal as a small victory leading to the larger victory of building muscle and getting my 6-pack back...
Any other ideas to make it easier to eat more often?
