I have ostioporosses and arthritis in the hip I have alot of pain now that extends to the lower back also with a burning sensation cant walk stand or sit 6 tylonols so far not working. plz Help

You should consult your doctor before starting any exercise program for osteoporosis. You may need a bone density test and a fitness assessment first. You need to be careful of vigorous, high-impact exercises. Keep in mind, however, that exercise alone can't prevent or cure osteoporosis.
