I hate how I look. I’m skinny, and I look weak. Sometimes I hesitate to talk to people (especially girls) because of that. Anyone knows how I can get a good shape? Help me please. |

| Although you may not want to be a "bodybuilder", there are a lot of different bodybuilding supplements that can help you build a lot of muscle very quickly. Add these to a good exercise (bulking) program and increase your caloric intake and you can put on a good amount of lean muscle tissue and look much bigger and stronger. Just ask me if you've got questions! |

I've never seen a bodybuilder that got ripped by eating a lot of peanut butter and milk. Now, adding skim milk to your protein shakes is a way to increase the calories a little and keep it pretty lean though, and adding peanut butter and a gram cracker to your post workout shake will definitely increase your calories to get the most out of the workout... Just eating a bunch of high calorie, fatty junk doesn't do you much good though... Just ask the kid eating the twinkie at the gym... (oh, he's playing video games...) p.s. DONNIE453, I hope you know I'm just teasing with all the joking around, just didn't really understand what you were talking about with telling him to eat peanut butter and milk to get in shape... Please clarify. Were you joking too?
