would light weight with tons and tons of rep, be better than heavy weight with less rep be better if i wanted to be EXTRA ripped?? |

| To get ripped and defined, you still want to do under 20 reps to build definition. If you do 100 curls etc., your body actually oxidises protein (muscle) to use as energy for the exercise. It is best to do between 15-20 reps (x) 3-4 sets, using enough weight to hit failure by the 15-20th rep. |

| Befit is right, doing hundreds and thousands of repetitions on your workout is just a waste of time. What is more important is you are conscious on the food that you are eating everyday. Maintaining a balance and healthy diet is the main key to achieve a fit body. |
