Since I've seen you at the gym, and have your stats, I'd recommend you eat a lean, low fat diet such as the one we have posted here: Bodybuilding Diet / Fitness and Figure Diet
This diet is designed for weight loss (fat) without losing muscle tissue. To build muscle, You'd need to increase the calories, but I think this is exactly what you're looking for!

Look me up at Club USA and I'll help you with a few exercises!

Default January Diet and Exercise Program

I like the cardio idea at least 3-4 days per week... As far as the diet goes, I'd still recommend you eat a little more balanced diet with not only one type of food per meal.

Instead of just doing fish, or a protein shake, try to mix it up a little and add carbohydrates, good fats, lean protein and either a fruit of vegetable each meal. (Fruit with breakfast, green leafy vegetables later).

I'd also recommend you do not train abs every single day. Your abs are muscles too, and need time to recover between exercise if you want them to develop. I wouldn't train them more than every other day.

The rest of your program looks pretty good! Don't forget to train to failure and you should be good to go!

Ok so I do abs when I do workout? because I workout every other day. I will do them when I first get up. I want to have tigh abs . Ok I'm not going to eat fish. I'm going to eat chicken at lucnh with rices. And at meal 2 I do low fat yogurt and water. I will eat steak at dinner. And For dinner with the steak I will have Broccoli and Spinach and fruit.I will add to breakfast Fruit I will eat apple or pear. And I'm going to make sunday my rest day that way I can still get up and go to church.

EDIT: Oh By the way when I eat breast chicken do I eat half of it?
