I wasn't saying don't eat fish... Fish is awesome. What I meant was that you need to not just do fish and water for lunch. Add rice and a vegetable etc. The rest sounds good! Good luck man! |

| I did arms today. and I wanted to know if I froce my left arm to put up the same pound. My right arm can pick up 10 pound but my left can't. |
