I wasn't saying don't eat fish... Fish is awesome. What I meant was that you need to not just do fish and water for lunch. Add rice and a vegetable etc.

No it ok I say no fish because it take too much money that why. at walmart it like fresh is 4.00 up to 7.00 and a can is 1.70 up to 2.08.

I'm thinking I will see my 6 pack close to summer. Because I don't know how long it take to get there.

I well. I just got back the store getting the food. I went looking for frozen fruit they did not really have anything good but I got pears. But My gradma say how about apple sauce and I say ok and I saw unsweeted apple sauce and I will go with that. I want to ask do u know how much cup I sould use? like 1/2? and for the breast chicken I will cut it in half I got the 3 lb one.

I'd just eat one serving (whatever the package says). I eat an entire chicken breast so I get enough protein...

Alright. I want to know if I can eat cookie? I wanted to eat some cookie last night after I ated dinner last night. I was thinking I want some cookie lol.

I been drinking alots of water I drink 1 gallon day. I keep thinking juice.

For cardio I do kickboxing is that good?

I go for a walk. I like walking alots. but I wanted to know how much do I need to walk? Like walk 5 block or ??? I was thinking after I do kickboxing I go for walk. I don't really want to runing.

My eating time plan 9:30,11:30,1:30,3:30,5:30.

I hear people say that if they want abs and tigh you do 1000 crunch a day??? is that right? that seem overdoing it and burn out.

I did arms today. and I wanted to know if I froce my left arm to put up the same pound. My right arm can pick up 10 pound but my left can't.
