Ok I'm back with update. I wanted to know if I can eat better Like ( I can't Belive it not better)? Oh Yeah I eat gound beef and White gound turkey But how much cup of sould I eat??? I'm getting a George Former Gill. Here What I been doing.



CHEST

Flat Bench Press 5 Sets Of 12 reps With 10lbs.

BACK

Bent-Over Row 5 Sets Of 12 reps With 10lbs.

I'm thinking to add more Sets.

SHOULDER

Military Press 3 Sets Of 12 reps With 10lbs.

Frontal "Zombie" Raises 3 Sets Of 12 reps With 10lbs.

Lat Raises 3 Sets Of 12 reps With 10lbs.

BICEPS
Standing Dumbball Curls 2 Sets Of 12 reps (per arm) With 10lbs.

Hammer Curls 2 Sets Of 12 reps (per arm) With 10lbs.

Seated Alternate Dumbball Curls 2 Sets Of 12 reps (per arm) With 10lbs.

Concentration Curls 2 Sets Of 12 reps (per arm) With 10lbs.

I would 3 sets but my arm get tried.

You see I work on my Biceps more because of my left arm I have to force it to work >.>.

TRICPS

Single Arm Ticeps Extension 3 Sets Of 12 reps (per arm) With 10lbs.

French Press 4 Sets Of 12 With 14lbs. ( I use 10lbs with 2 1/2.)


ARM
Standing Barbell Curls 3 Sets Of 12 reps With 20lbs.

LEG
Dumbbell Squats 3 Of Sets reps With 10lbs.

Dumbbell Lunges 5 Sets 12 reps (per Legs) With 10lbs.

Standing Calf Raises 5 Sets 20 reps (per Legs) With 10lbs. (I use the phone book)



Candio I do kickboxing and then I go for walk.


What do you think????

A pound of muscle weighs 3-4 times what the same size mass of fat weighs, so yes, gaining muscle means you'll gain weight.

Yea that what I was thinkin thx.. Everymoring I feel good. Today I was doing cardio dvd I did the hole thing because with dvd you can create over 1000 different workout combinations. So I did HiLo for warmup then Kickboxing then HiLo then flexibility for cool down. And I feel good.

Hey everyone. starting next month I will not be eating Ground beef no more. I was at walmart few week ago I saw they had frozein samlon and it creap it boneless and skinless too and I get 1 lbs so I'm gettin 3 lbs of it. it olny $4.78 for 1lbs. Ok this what I been doing for my workout new plan. I like the bar better then a dumbbell..

I feel good get up in the moring now. and walking up on the stair at my place I live on the 3 floor and it don't hurt my leg. I workout at home now with the bar. I don't really like the dumbbell. I like the bar better. It about to be 7 week of workout so far wooooo! I got a befor pic I just need to go to my grammy or my mom to put it on the computer. I'm at right now is useing the library computer right now. But I'm doing good.

What can I eat for desert. like a bar or ice cream I'm going to make as a 6 meal...Can I eat Ketchup?
