Default How to build muscle

If you're looking at how to build muscle of gain size, read the previous posts we've made in this thread!

You need to train HEAVY and train to failure. Taking in Whey protein will help and I would reduce the intensity of your cardio training.

Keep up the good work buddy... Keep building muscle.

I think it doesn't really matter at all what we tell you. You'll just do your own program anyway, right? So your new program should be, eat whatever you want and train when you feel like it.

If you get sore, maybe don't work as hard.

Why follow a program that gets everyone else results? Right? And by all means... Eat some candy.

I am not sure you are reading the sound advice being given to you. You have a great opportunity to transform your body however you must be willing to develop mentally before anything will occur physiclly. Please go through the threads on this forum and take the advice to heart. If you think eating candy is a good way to feed your muscles then there has been a disconnect somewhere. Candy will NOT allow you to finally see those hidden abs.

Remember, eat to live, don't live to eat!

Default You're Awesome!!!

Hey FitNBuff,
You're awesome. I got a little frustrated reading that post and you were a little more tactful than I was... lol.
Hope I didn't sound like a jerk.

Not sure why people ask questions and then don't follow the advice.

We really enjoy having you as a member and the posts you make about health and fitness.
