yes you where very rude you are supposed to be helping me with my workout not insulting me and for your information i am hard of hearing and some words do sound different so i spell different your a grown man still making fun of people after you grow up then you should help people with the questions and then you can help them full fill there goal till then you need to just work on maturity. I will not be coming here no more thanks for nothing.

When you are communicating in this type of format you must not assume people know details like that about you unless you indicate it in the beginning of your inquiry. Therefore, the rudeness is in your court. It is not fair to lash out at professionals who are providing guidance for you to be successful. You have made the decision to ignore the recommendations put forth to you and continue to follow your path. We are all here to help those who are willing to embrace the advice given. Unfortunately it is apparent that you are not willing to have an open mind about techniques that work.

Hey Midnight720,
I hope you know I wasn't trying to hurt your feelings or make fun of you. That is never our intent.

I just want to keep our content useful. If you refuse to spell check your posts, and ask questions, but never even read the response then this forum is useless to you.

I am here to help people get results and it has cost me THOUSANDS of dollars to make this a useful place to get help with health and fitness.

There's no reason for me to waste my time or money providing proven plans to get you results if you don't use them.

We never want to lose a member and don't want to hurt any one's feelings, but I do ask that if you want me to take my time to research and put together information to you... Please at least read it.

I think it doesn't really matter at all what we tell you. You'll just do your own program anyway, right? So your new program should be, eat whatever you want and train when you feel like it.

If you get sore, maybe don't work as hard.

I am following what you say to do. if you look here where I did not spell it right it really means I'm trying to say I'm really following what you say to do. You say slow down on cardio right? On my miss spell I say I will take it slow. I say how about Tueday and Thurday to slow down right? And You say to look at a post to build muscle to pick up heavy weight. On my miss spell it says I am doing it now. I say I'm forcing myself to pick up heavy weight. And I say should I make the weekend off day to rest because I'm slowing down on cardio?
