HI guys, ive been weigth tranning for 8 months now, and managed to put on a lot of weigth and strength espically for my age. I just wannted to know if it is true that tranning 1 hour and working out only 1-2 times each body part each week is better. I currently workout a lot like 1 hour in a half for 6 days a week. I do day1: chest, tric, day2: back, bic day3: shoulder, traps then repeat. then take one day off . I want a schedule in which I can fit in legs and abs too. what do you guys do? Im a bit confused as to how you guys fit every body part twice a week and only train an hour. thank you for help |

| It's not a short workout though, we train like this so we can destroy that muscle group... Training one muscle group for an hour - 90 minutes and going to absolute failure lets you train with a lot more intensity! Then it takes more than a few days to get back where it's not sore and you can train again! |
