I read somewhere that creatine should not be taken with citrus juices. Is this true and if so. what is it about citrus juice that makes it bad to take with Creatine?   |

| I do not know much about creatine. But I haven't tries drinking them with citrus juices. What could be the reason why those two should not be taken together. What's with citrus juice anyway or with creatine. Last edited by BeFit4Free; 05-20-2010 at 07:08 AM. |
