When I did them, I put on a TON of muscle and got stronger than I've ever been on a lot of lifts. (I dosed them differently than recommended) since I weigh 245 pounds, I would need more than a smaller guy. Dosage I took: 1 Hemadrol + 3 Trena Every day. (I do not recommend this, and I do not suggest that this is the dosage you take). All I can tell you is to take what it says on the side of the bottle. That dosage is probably way too strong for an average guy.
