I think Andy Haman has a great build. Andy has to focus every single day of his life on diet, exercise, nutrition and be extremely dedicated to reach a level that he's at. Of course he's at a higher level than the average Joe who lifts weights a couple times a week... He's a pro.
I'd love to look like that, but 99.999% of us don't have that kind of dedication to reach a level like that.
Even if you had the perfect genes, all the supplements, and a free gym membership, how many of you could get in that kind of shape? Could you do a NO CARBOHYDRATE diet for 8 months? That's gotta be tough! What about training for
Although you may not want to look like that, you've got to respect it, right? I think
Andy Haman is THE MAN!
