Default Diet Food

Here's what the Chicken breast, yam and mixed veggies meal looks like. I just pulled it out of the Tupperware, tossed it on a paper plate and microwaved it.

The most important part about living a healthy lifestyle is VARIETY. This includes Complex carbs, lean proteins and of course your green veggies. I would question a diet that tells you to exclude any one of those elements. Veggies is vital and protein is a must. Depending on your preferences, you can get protein from poultry or from supplement. I would recommend utilizing both.

I am not sure where you obtained your sources, however, please cruise through some of the very informative threads in this forum. You may just see the light Partner (also post any questions that may arise during your research)

Do we have any option to nullify the ill effects of extra dose from non-veg?
Please clarify your question a bit as I am having difficulty following your post. Are you looking at becoming a vegetarian or are you interested in excluding veggies all together?
I know successful, healthy vegetarian bodybuilders. But I do not know one person in the fitness realm that has only meat and no veggies. It is unhealthy for so many reasons.

Default Chicken breast, yam and mixed veggies meal

Chicken breast, yam and mixed veggies meal for bodybuilding has a few replies that are a waste of time. I just looked up VictorBush's profile and called the number to make sure, but it's spam... Gong to ban them now. Banned members are sent to: Banned and if they're pointing to a valid site that's not spam, we'll approve the link.

Please keep this link about dieting.
