| I am really into smoothies at the moment, as I normally skip breakfast more from habit I have been creating smoothies for breakfast, they are really healthy, filling and a great kick start. If you like smoothies, what does it contain? |

| The content of my smoothies can vary widely and depends on what I feel I need for the next 3 to four hours. If I know I am going to eat chicken or fish at the next meal, I leave out any extra protein and go for an energy burst. |

| I'd never do a smoothie without adding at least a lean protein. If not, it's just a carb shake...

| When I make a smoothie I use a banana, skim milk, vanilla yogurt, and put it in a blender. Sometimes I add frozen berries too. |
