Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

But "when is breakfast?"

When you take breakfast after waking up?
what is the ideal time for breakfast.

I wake up at 7:00 am and take breakfast with in 1 hr...
IS this fine,or its too early to have breakfast??

When is it too late?

Default Breakfast is the most important meal of the day

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it is the first viable energy source your body receives after coming out of it's "temporary hibernation" of sleeping.

When you sleep, your metabolism slows and less calories are being burned. Eating a good breakfast including carbohydrates such as oatmeal, fruit etc. with protein such as eggs, turkey breast, a protein shake or some type of lean meat help your body to not only have sustained energy throughout the day but also allow it to start burning calories and rev up your metabolism.

I think the most important thing about when to eat breakfast is just doing it as early as you can when you first wake up.

When I'm dieting / cutting, I eat breakfast within just a few minutes of waking up, but I think an hour is probably okay too.

Especially if you're trying to lose weight, breakfast should be your highest carbohydrate meal.

Here are some High Protein Breakfast Ideas.

We've all heard that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but now you know why!
