I love fat burners. May be a mental thing but who cares! It's about me right?

I started on EAS thermogenic, that gave a burn you feel, but you end up VERY hungry (you know that intense ache you feel within). Hunger pangs like that place me in a position to make bad decisions with my food. Needless to say that might not be what my particular body needs. We all react different, this just happens to be me.

I moved on to Hydroxy Cut. This was ok, did not really get the burning in my torso like I did with EAS, but I did feel more energetic. I also felt my metabolism kick in not only during my workout, but also during regular daily things (like vacuuming ect.)

I found myself in the market for something new after the big Hydro recall. I am now in my third week with Lipodrene Xtreme. I took the minimum the first week just to ensure I can tolerate it. The second week I increased to the average daily dose. Now early into my third week I have begun the full dosage of Lipodrene Xtreme and my body has responded well. The first thing I noticed is I do not experience severe hunger pangs. In fact, I am less hungry which is a huge thing for someone with my obsession over food. I have to force myself to eat all my meals now (that is a big deal for someone who suffered from food addictions as I have). Also, since I have been taking Lipodrene Xtreme I feel my metabolism gear up all day long, not just within the 30 minutes or hour that I took my last dose. I feel it in my workout, house work, even after my snacks during the day, even as I sit at a desk typing 20 page documents, I feel it working!! I must say, so far I like Lipodrene Xtreme a lot.

My body is not what it was prior to my weight gain and now that I have lost the bulk of the weight, I hope Lipodrene Xtreme gives me that extra boost that my workouts are just not reaching.

As far as the Lipodrene Xtreme goes, you might even try cycling it where you take it 5 days on and 2 days off or 3 days on and 1 day off so your body doesn't adapt.

Just a way to keep it more effective.

The reason you're not as hungry is because of the extended release appetite suppressant!

I like the Lipodrene Xtreme too because of it being extended release so it lasts for 6-8 hours, plus it's relatively inexpensive and I've gotten very good results when taking it!

OMG! I just measured my waste and I have lost half an inch since beginning Lipodrene Xtreme. My pants are loose! I keep this up I will be shopping in the junior section with the 13 year olds (at least I will be in style, I'll look like the "old lady that is trying too hard" LOL).
