| Befit: First and foremost, thank you for putting your heart, soul and wallet into providing a place for us to be motivated, swap successes and failures, most of all an honest place to connect with people who have good intentions. Getting to know you, as I have, I feel your intentions are to provide free, honest and knowledgeable information to those who seek it. Get Discounts, Coupons & Updates from Infinite Sports USASecondly, I have had experience with MLM companies. My opinion of them is formulated by my experience. To make a long story short, my relationship with them lasted four months. I think they underestimated my ability to see how transparent they were. I would like to add though, part of the training was to provide numerous rebuttals such as calling other supplements ‘fake, synthetic, ect.’ Allegations I felt were reckless and frivolous. My opinion is that this is an added sales ploy. However, I think it is funny that the term slander is always the preferred safety net to protect their wallets when convenient. This man should be ashamed of himself threatening you for having the pride to hold the highest integrity for your site. To anyone that can think for themselves; don’t you think that doctors would be the first ones providing such named ‘miracles’ to the hundreds of people suffering from these debilitating health problems? “Hello, McFly!!!” BeFit, you know drinking a juice is not going to cure you. You are doing everything right for your diabetes. You are exercising; which lowers blood sugar, oxygenates the tissues in the body and stimulates the metabolism. According to my understand (correct me if I am wrong) but I thought diabetics should not be ingesting fruit juices as the simple carbohydrates are absorbed too fast and raises blood sugar thus putting stress on the pancreas. According to what I saw on the website, ACAI is advertised as a juice of which they added other juices to it, like pineapple juice and black cherry juice (see: their website listed under the ingredients). As for the claim to cure cancer, I ask these sales people to throw out the training manual and go to a hospital and look cancer patients in the face. I know from what I have witnessed when it comes to cancer (any type) that a magic juice is not going to cure it. These are REAL people that are suffering. I highly recommend that anyone who holds these health issues continue the prescribed plan that has been set in place by their doctors. A salesman is not qualified to make such claims. Side note: The claim of ‘loosing weight’ on this juice fails to indicate what the person’s diet was prior to starting the juice. For example, were they drinking soda or high calorie over the counter juice prior to this ACAI diet? Whenever we are presented with a new diet trend, we must always step back from the claimed results and focus on the individual. In closing: BeFit, I honor you and your struggle as I know you have accomplished and overcome a lot to be at the fitness level you are at with the condition you face daily. Pop your collar and hold your head high ![]()

| Rest your head as the ACAI folks are in the wrong and they are using a scare tactic in hopes that you won’t research their claims. Common practice among these marketing companies. http://www.besmirching.com/Slander_and_libel/encyclopedia.htm#Defenses With the claims they made in writing on your site (save them by the way and keep them in hard copy) I doubt they would take legal action as they would have no case and if you had the right attorney (I know the best one in town), they would end up paying all costs in the end. This is all speculation by the way. Their ‘so called’ legal partners (if they are in fact attorneys) should have advised better then they did. Most qualified counsel would not make groundless threats like they did. ![]() |

| It looks like optimumhealthsecrets.net & Internet Business Law Services Slander threats are pretty much fake. I don't think that Internet Business Law Services was even involved or knows about the claim of suit because I looked for the information in the signature of the supposed lawyer and could find no connection with anyone named David Jackson and Internet Business Law Services. The thing that started me looking into the validity of the slander suit threat was that the letter that supposedly came from David at Internet Business Law Services had tons of misspellings and I believe it was written by Rick Rosales of optimumhealthsecrets because it wasn't even written in third person as if it was by a lawyer to a client and describing a potential suit against a third party. I don't think we need to do anymore with Optimum Health Secrets but I'm glad to have the support of our members when there are small snags like this! You guys are awesome! |
