Hi all! Get Discounts, Coupons & Updates from Infinite Sports USAI have decided that I want to take the fat loss supplement Lipodrene Xtreme (heard great things about it) and I also want to take L-Arginine since I read it helps to increase blood circulation (mine is horribly poor and with winter coming on...I thought it might help with the cold exremities as well as with the intensity of my workouts). My question is, is it safe to take both? I read this on a site about L-Arginine... "L-arginine may also alter potassium levels, especially in people with liver disease. People with kidney disease and those who take ACE inhibitors or potassium sparing diuretics should not use supplemental L-arginine unless they are under professional supervision. It may also alter the levels of other chemicals and electrolytes in the body, such as chloride, sodium, and phosphate." The part in bold is what concerns me most and I was wondering if someone could clear up for me if Lipodrene Xtreme is in the category of "potassium sparing diuretics" or if it is more of a "potassium indifferent" diuretic. (please forgive my lame attempt at humor there!) Thanks so much for any help on this. I really appreciate it. (oh, and I know that water intake is very important when it comes to supps too. I aim for at least 2+ liters of straight water per day-no additions to sweeten it or make it fancy and flavorful) So, thanks again, I really appreciate it and can't wait to post my review of how Lipodrene Xtreme works! All the Best, jean

Hey Jean, I cant claim to be an expert on the science of the supplements you are talking about but I have some experience combining Lipodrene with muscle building supplements. I have taken both Lipodrene and Lipodrene Xtreme in combinmation with Trena and Hemadrol and have not noticed any long-term side affects. I did however have some feelings of nausia the first week of taking Lipodrene (both versions). I have taken it a couple different times and had the same experience. Sorry i couldnt really address your question.

Hey, I've recently been taking L-Arginine because of it's benefits for overall heart health. Although L-Arginine alone doesn't produce huge results in the gym, it will give you good pumps and help your muscles feel full while exercising. L-Arginine is also a good supplement to take if you're about to go for a night out on the town and want your muscles to look full and defined because it increases blood flow to the muscle tissue.
