It says to take 1-2 pills per day, but I'm a little bigger than the average guy, so I took 3 per day! That stuff is AWESOME!!!

Hey, so I am just about to start a cycle with Trena and have a couple questions before doing so. First off, I was wondering if it would be okay to take any other (muscle building) supplements along with Trena. Second, I generally lift 5 days a week and then take the weekend off with the exception of running and a couple light warm-up work outs, should I continue taking Trena on my off days for best results? I should also note that I am currently taking Lipodreme Xtreme (with good results thus far).

Hey bud, One of the good things about the Trena is that if taken alone, it doesn't have as many adverse side effects on testosterone production. You could definitely take a post cycle test booster like Methyl E, and especially if you stack Trena with Methyl XT or Hemadrol, I'd recommend it.

Just thought some of you might like to know about my results using Trena. First off I should note I was also taking a fat burner (Lipodrene) at the same time. My main goal was to get rid of a few extra pounds and increase my lean muscle mass for a more defined look. I lost about 10lbs in the first two weeks and then put on about 6 in the las 2.5 weeks. I am still kind of recovering from a knee injury so I only realy pushed myself on the upper body lifts for the time being. I increased my bench by about 50lbs, my shoulder press about 40lbs, added about an inch to my biceps/triceps, and really just all around saw some pretty satisfying gains. I definitely worked out harder during the period I was taking Trena and increased my protien intake by about 2-3x. I am satisfied with the results over the period I was taking it but am not sure weather I should account my larger than average gains to Trena or to my increased effort. Probably a little bit of both though... I am about 6'2 and 210lbs currently.

I did not totice any real side affects. Although I did kind of feel like it could have been to blame some increased fatigue durring and directly after my runs (3-5m/day x3-4days/wk)
