Those pics are not of me... I just posted pics of my favorite bodybuilders and fitness / figure models. I actually got really motivated seeing the results you've gotten! That's one of the reasons I started dieting and training hard again!!! Keep up the good work!

If you get a chance to tell us a little about how you lost all that weight and got in such great shape, we'd love to hear it! If you've got some time you can post in the forum! Thanks and keep up the great work!!!
