Default Using A Trainer vs. Going It Alone

What are the benefits of using a personal trainer? Does anyone know of any research comparing using a trainer vs. going it alone?

Trainers can be expensive...but if you have the money, I think a personal trainer is the way to go. Plus you have some extra motivation with the trainer pushing you during workouts

If you have the money I do agree a personal trainer can help you get to your goals much quicker than going it alone.

The benefits of using a personal trainer are that you will get expert advice on what route to go to achieve success in the shortest amount of time possible. Personal trainers are expensive though so be prepared to put out a pretty penny to hire one.
