Default Recommendations
I only recently started taking supplements and I would like some help figuring out if I am on the right track. Here is my current regime:

Multivitamin
Fish oil
Green tea extract antioxidant
Ginkgo Biloba

I would like to add something that focuses on energy and, since I just turned 50, maybe I need something for male hormone?

Is there any side effect by using this product? I remember last time we have Viagra and should not be taken if you are suffering from a few diseases, unless with doctor prescriptions.

Do any of these products caontain natural ingrediants? I have heard that there are some natural extracts such as an extract called LJ100 which would actually help with naturally raising testosterone levels.

Actually, Viagara is discriminant. It dilates any blood vessel it has "contact" with, which is why one of the side effects might be a stuffy nose. The blood vessels inside the nose dilate along with those in erectile tissues.

lol..Diana didn't know the dialation happen in other places as well. Seriously people should take into consideration the side effect of any drug before trying it out. I always thought that Viagara was for people with erectile problems only but these days everyone seems to using it and I'm not sure thats a good trend at all.
